Online registration for 2024-25 Discipleship Formation is now closed. Please contact Pam McKeefry at the parish office directly if you still need to register - 920-337-2330.

Our Discipleship Formation program is an experiential and engaging process that is offered to children in the parish from Pre-School to Grade 11 who attend a non-Catholic school. Integrating the students from both St. Mary and St. Francis Xavier Parishes, the program’s purpose is to nourish young people in the understanding and experiences in their faith and give them the tools they need to have a working knowledge of the faith and the beliefs of Catholicism.

Our program is designed to bring the traditional prayers of the Church, scripture and Catholic doctrine to your child. The curriculum for each grade is content-filled and embraces the standard classroom structure of teacher and students. We are in strict compliance with the guidelines of the Diocese of Green Bay concerning curriculum, sacramental preparation and safe environment.

It is our honor and privilege to guide your children in their spiritual education through Catholic teaching.

***Note for Confirmation Students

Students attending a Catholic high school are not required to attend 11th Grade Faith Formation classes. However, if Confirmation is desired, these students must register for Immediate Confirmation Prep classes 6:00-8:00pm on Sundays. The portal will open in early January for those wishing to register.

  • Sacraments

The Catholic sacraments are gifts that are grounded in the life and ministry of Jesus Christ and have been defined over time through the wisdom and experience of the Church. By the power of the Holy Spirit, and through the essential actions of the sacraments, Jesus is present in his Church today to welcome, strengthen, nourish, heal, and empower us to live holy lives and to continue his work. The seven sacraments of the Catholic Church are Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist – sacraments of initiation, – Penance/Reconciliation and Anointing of the Sick – sacraments of healing, – and Matrimony and Holy Orders – sacraments of vocation.
