  • De Pere Christian Outreach

Although community outreach in De Pere had been in action long before our organization was formed, in 1990 eight churches got together to create a combined mission to help community members in need. Eight local founding churches, First Congregational (UCC), First United Presbyterian, Hope Lutheran, Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic, St. Anne's Episcopal, St. Francis Xavier Catholic, St. Mary Catholic and St. John Lutheran, each donated $100 to create our mission's seed money. From that initial seed money received, and now through monetary donations and sales at the Thrift Store, we have since been able to be self-sustaining. De Pere Christian Outreach branched into a Thrift Store in West De Pere and a Food Pantry in East De Pere.

  • Ecumenical Partnership for Housing

Ecumenical Partnership for Housing (EPH) began as a partnership of four Green Bay area churches and The Salvation Army, all seeking an ecumenical response to homelessness in our community. Our partnership has grown to include 18 Green Bay area churches. In 2021, EPH provided housing for 56 families, including 157 children, and eviction prevention services to an additional 17 families.

Our mission is providing safety, stability, and solutions leading to self-sufficiency for families with children experiencing homelessness and families at risk of homelessness in our community.

Case management is an integral component of all three areas of focus, as is our partnerships with Golden House, Freedom House Ministries, House of Hope and Family Services.
