PK4 Teacher’s Aide

Notre Dame of De Pere is searching for an Aide to support our PK4 programs, Monday-Friday 7:30-3:30 on days students are in session.  This position will support the classroom teachers, provide a safe, caring environment, assist with project prep work, supervise students, and other duties as assigned.  This role is employed by the GRACE system and would be a perfect fit for someone who loves working with young children and would enjoy having a schedule the aligns with the school year.  If you are interested, please call our school office or contact as soon as possible!


School After Care Workers

The After School Care Program at Notre Dame runs Mondays through Fridays from 2:45 to 5:30 p.m.  This program is available to Notre Dame of De Pere students in preschool through fifth grade. We are looking to hire a flexible, caring person to interact and assist students with snacks, homework, indoor free choice activities, as well as supervising outside on the playground.  Background checks and Virtus training will be required for all candidates. 2 Part-time Maintenance Positions

St. Mary, St. Francis Xavier and Notre Dame of De Pere are searching for part-time maintenance staff to support our busy and growing communities. Typical hours are Monday through Friday and fall between 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. However, position requires working Monday – Friday afternoons / evenings and Saturdays and Sundays at the discretion of the supervisor. Duties include:

  • typical janitorial, cleaning/housekeeping tasks, painting and grounds keeping duties including snow removal and lawn care
  • washing and sanitizing bathroom fixtures daily, including mopping, wiping, and disinfecting of bathrooms as well as replenishment of paper supplies
  • washing windows, moving furniture, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting of offices and common areas
  • Disposing of recyclables and trash
  • School routine cleaning duties
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Physical/Visual/Mental Demands: Position requires ability to lift at least 50 pounds, use chemical and cleaning solutions, to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, stand for most of working hours, some bending and crawling, using a ladder, and use of maintenance equipment. Regularly exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise. Typical Working Conditions: Position requires an individual to work outside in all types of elements.
