Do you have a heart for Jesus and a head for numbers? 

  • This ministry-minded person supports the parish mission plan, requiring organization and energy to coordinate and manage the business aspects of the parishes, including finance, accounting, and basic human resources.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, preferably in accounting, and relevant work experience in budget preparation, payroll, and accounts payable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, personal integrity, and the ability to work well with others in a pastoral and positive culture are paramount.
  • This position is a member of the administrative team and reports to the pastor, working to ensure effective daily operations within the parish.

Administrative and Communications Support Specialist

Are you a good problem-solver? Do you like design and communications? Can you wrestle a multi-function printer? 

  • This person needs to have a love of people and a love for Jesus.
  • Receptionist and communications duties require excellent organization, attention to detail and proficiency with office software suites, creative suites, cloud-based tools, workflow and calendaring.
  • This position is a member of the communications team and reports to the Director of Communications and Technology. This is a position with room to grow.
